1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary based on the complexity of the customizations and current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of the order. International shipping is available.

2. International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in their country. These fees are not included in the price of the order or shipping costs.
3. Tracking Your Order
If applicable, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.
4. Delays
While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
5. Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on most orders over $100 within Canada and the USA. Due to the custom and varied nature of our products, some large or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. In these cases, we cover the first $40 of shipping, and any remaining balance will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
At Theoria Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Return Policy
- Non-returnable Items: Custom orders and personalized products are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
- Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@TheoriaCreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at support@TheoriaCreations.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arranging for a replacement.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
